At Norwalk Dental Associates, we will make every effort to provide you with the finest care and most convenient financial options. For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as well as personal checks and CareCredit. For patients that require assistance, we will gladly make financial arrangements for a monthly payment plan. Payment plan arrangements need to be completed prior to the initiation of treatment.
Norwalk Dental Associates will work hand-in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Our staff is well trained and experienced with dental insurance forms, claims and reimbursements. We have a state-of-the-art computer and software system that will also help expedite claims and make the insurance reimbursement process more timely and less frustrating.
We also participate with many dental insurance plans such as MetLife, Aetna, Delta Dental, and Cigna. To find out if we accept your plan, please call and speak to our receptionist. Please remember that our patients are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of insurance coverage. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.
